Spicy Shoyu

To make a spicy ramen with a shoyu sauce base was a bit tricky. Unlike miso, the aromatic quality of the shoyu is a bit more delicate and fragile. We were very careful in finding the right "spiciness" that balanced well with the quality of shoyu.

Veggie Miso

Vegan and vegetarian friendly. A mix of kombu (seaweed) and vegetables for the stock and mixed with miso as a base. This ramen bowl is full of flavor. To ensure this bowl is kept vegan we use eggless noodles, corn, hominy drained, fresh wood ear mushroom, romaine lettuce, onions, garlic, scallions and bean sprouts. **Contains Peanuts**
